Nutri AI provides a mobile calorie-tracking experience and a public website at nutriai.health. By using the app or website, you agree to these Terms and to any additional terms presented in the app store, subscription flow, or feature-specific screen.

You are responsible for the information you enter, the permissions you grant, and the decisions you make based on nutrition estimates or progress information shown in the app.

Nutri AI is provided for general wellness, nutrition logging, and informational purposes. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency guidance.

AI-generated calories, macros, portions, labels, and product matches are estimates. Always review the result, use your own judgment, and consult a qualified professional before making medical, dietary, or health decisions.

Some features may require an account, subscription, or app-store purchase. Subscription pricing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, trials, and billing controls may be handled by Apple or another payment provider according to their terms.

You must keep account credentials secure and use accurate information when creating or managing an account. We may suspend or limit access when needed to protect the service, comply with law, or address suspected misuse.

You may upload or enter food photos, labels, barcodes, meal descriptions, body metrics, and related content. You keep ownership of your content, but you give Nutri AI the permission needed to process it, display it back to you, store it where enabled, and provide the requested features.

Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, content that violates another person's privacy, or content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, or intended to disrupt the service.

Nutri AI may rely on third-party services for AI analysis, hosting, databases, product lookup, payments, diagnostics, and other app functions. Third-party food data, barcode results, and AI outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.

Links from the website or app may open third-party pages, including the App Store. We are not responsible for third-party websites, policies, or services.

Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, probe, abuse, or interfere with Nutri AI or its infrastructure. Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, to train competing systems without permission, or in a way that could harm other users or providers.

You may not remove proprietary notices, misrepresent your relationship with Nutri AI, or use the Nutri AI name, logo, or branding without permission.

Nutri AI, including the website, app design, logos, text, software, and brand elements, is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for rights expressly granted to you, Nutri AI and its licensors reserve all rights.

Feedback is welcome. If you send ideas, suggestions, or bug reports, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation.

Nutri AI is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy, complete product data, or that the service will meet every need.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Nutri AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data loss, health decisions, or reliance on estimates. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some may not apply to you.

We may change the app, website, features, pricing, or these Terms over time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
