Delete Account

To request deletion of your Nutri AI account and associated app data, email support@nutriai.health with the subject line "Delete my Nutri AI account".

If you use Nutri AI with a sign-in method, contact us from the email address connected to your account when possible. If you use Nutri AI anonymously, include your Nutri AI account ID or any other account identifier shown in the app. Without an identifier, we may not be able to locate data tied to an anonymous app session.

When we can verify or identify the account, we delete account data associated with Nutri AI, including profile settings, onboarding answers, meal logs, nutrition history, food analysis records, uploaded food or progress photos stored by our services, weight and progress entries, water entries, preferences, and other app data linked to that account.

Deleting your account removes access to cloud-backed Nutri AI data connected to that account. Data stored only on your device may also need to be deleted by uninstalling the app or clearing local app data from your device settings.

We may keep limited records when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, or compliance purposes. These records are kept only for as long as needed for those purposes.

Purchase, subscription, refund, and billing records may be retained by app stores or payment providers according to their own policies. Nutri AI cannot delete records that are controlled by Google Play, Apple, or another third-party provider.

We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days after receiving enough information to identify the account and verify the request. If we need more information, we will contact you using the email address you used for the request.

Some backup copies or logs may persist for a limited period before they are automatically overwritten or deleted, unless we are required to retain them for the reasons described above.
