If you contact support, send feedback, or use purchase features, we may receive contact details, support messages, app diagnostics, and subscription status information needed to help you or unlock paid features.

The app and supporting services may collect technical data such as device type, app version, language, region, crash details, and basic usage events. This helps us operate the service, fix problems, understand feature usage, and keep the app reliable.

The website at nutriai.health is a marketing and legal-information site. It does not provide account creation or food logging. Hosting providers may still process standard server logs such as IP address, request time, browser type, and pages requested.

When you ask Nutri AI to analyze a food photo, label, or description, the content may be sent to AI and infrastructure providers so they can return a nutrition estimate. AI estimates can be wrong, so you should review and edit them before relying on them.

Barcode and product lookup features may use third-party food databases and nutrition-data providers. Product names, barcodes, labels, and related search information may be processed to return matching food data.

If you choose to connect Apple Health or grant device permissions such as camera, photos, notifications, or local storage, Nutri AI uses those permissions only to provide the feature you enabled. You can manage permissions in iOS settings.

Health-related information is sensitive. We use it to calculate, display, and improve your own nutrition and progress experience, not to make medical diagnoses.

We use information to provide food analysis, maintain your history, calculate nutrition goals, personalize units and language, sync or store app data where enabled, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, send notifications you permit, improve product quality, and protect the service from misuse.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the app, including hosting, database, AI analysis, product lookup, payments, diagnostics, and customer-support services.

Some information may be stored locally on your device. Cloud-backed features may store information with our infrastructure providers. We keep information for as long as needed to provide the app, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and support backups or recovery.

No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.

Nutri AI is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to use nutrition-tracking services without parental consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us.
